This interpretation clause is designed to prevent disputes by providing clear guidelines, as recommended in international iGaming legal frameworks, with added emphasis on sports betting nuances.
ARTICLE 2: SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND GOVERNING LAW
2.1 Scope
These T&C govern Your use of the Platform and Services, including all Games, Bets, transactions, promotions, and interactions therewith. The Services are intended solely for entertainment purposes and are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by mandatory law under the Nevis framework or international conventions. This scope extends to all cryptocurrency-based activities, with provisions for volatility risks and blockchain events, reflecting best practices for crypto casinos and sportsbooks licensed in Nevis as of 2025. The Services now include the Sportsbook, allowing Bets on a wide range of sporting Events (e.g., football, basketball, tennis, esports), subject to Odds, settlement rules, and integrity measures to prevent match-fixing or unfair practices.
2.2 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Nevis, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court for an of Nevis dispute arising out of or relating to these T&C, subject to the dispute resolution procedures in Section 18. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Operator reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its Intellectual Property or confidential information, or to enforce AML/CTF obligations, including those related to sports betting integrity. This governing law clause aligns with the 2025 updates to Nevis laws, which recognize international standards while prioritizing local sovereignty in gaming disputes, with specific provisions for sportsbook-related claims (e.g., bet settlements). In cases involving cross-border elements, such as player locations in FATF-monitored jurisdictions or disputes over international sporting Events, the Operator may apply supplementary principles from EU AML Directives or UN sanctions regimes.
2.3 No Unlawful Use
The Services are void where prohibited or restricted by law, including in jurisdictions not recognizing Nevis licenses or imposing stricter standards (e.g., under US federal law or EU member state regulations for sports betting). You represent and warrant that Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or restrictions in Your jurisdiction of residence, access, or citizenship, including age limits, taxation requirements, or anti-gambling statutes applicable to casino games or sports betting. The Operator makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location, and access from restricted areas is at Your own risk. It is Your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming and sports betting in Your jurisdiction and to comply with all local requirements, including reporting winnings for tax purposes or adhering to self-exclusion registries. In the event of any breach of this warranty, the Operator shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or legal fees, and Your Account may be terminated with forfeiture of all funds, in accordance with Section 6 and 2025 anti-fraud guidelines. This provision is reinforced by geolocation and IP verification technologies, mandatory for Nevis licensees to prevent unlawful access, with additional checks for sports betting on regulated Events.
2.4 International Compliance
The Operator adheres to international standards, including those set forth by the FATF (with 2025 focus on crypto risks and sports betting vulnerabilities), the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), and the European Union's directives on anti-money laundering (e.g., the 5th and 6th AML Directives) with enhanced emphasis on the EU AML Authority (AMLA) preparatory framework for 2027 enforcement. As an Nevis-licensed entity, the Operator is committed to the principles outlined in the 2025 Website Compliance Guide for Nevis Gaming Licensees, ensuring alignment with global best practices for player protection (e.g., age verification, self-exclusion for sportsbook sessions), game and bet fairness (RNG for casino, accurate Odds for sports), financial integrity (segregated funds), and advertising (no targeting vulnerables in sports promotions). Compliance includes annual AML audits, SAR reporting within 24 hours (extended for complex sports bet patterns), and adoption of emerging technologies like AI for transaction monitoring and match-fixing detection, as encouraged in the Regulatory Authority's 2025 continuous improvement directives. Breaches of international compliance may result in license suspension or revocation, as per 2025 penalties, with specific sanctions for sportsbook violations.
ARTICLE 3: LICENSING AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
3.1 License Details
The Operator holds a valid and subsisting License issued by the Regulatory Authority, authorizing the provision of internet gaming services for one year, renewable annually upon submission of compliance reports, financial statements, and updated KYC documentation. The License explicitly covers sports betting as part of B2C gaming activities, requiring adherence to integrity protocols such as fair Odds calculation, Event verification, and anti-match-fixing measures. The License is displayed prominently in the footer of the Platform, along with the validation seal provided by the Regulatory Authority, as mandated by the 2025 site seal instructions. The seal snippet is implemented as follows, ensuring visibility on all pages, including login screens for production sites and Sportsbook sections.
3.2 Compliance Obligations
The Operator complies with all conditions of the License, including but not limited to:
- Display of licensing information, ownership details, and contact information in the footer;
- Adherence to the 2025 Nevis Online Gaming Ordinance, No. 2 of 2025, encompassing integrity (honest operations, fair Odds), fairness (no manipulation in Games or Bets), player protection (vulnerable group safeguards in sportsbook promotions), compliance (lawful adherence), and responsibility (harm minimization), with new emphases on B2B license recognition from July 2025 and sports betting anti-corruption measures.
- Implementation of the 2025 AML Code of Conduct, including risk-based approaches (annual risk assessments for sports betting volumes), transparency (full fund traceability in Bets), accountability (dedicated compliance officer at [email protected]), collaboration (with regulators on match-fixing reports), CDD thresholds ($10,000 cumulative or first withdrawal), EDD for PEPs and high-risk jurisdictions, record-keeping (5+ years for bet histories), transaction monitoring, SAR filing (within 24 hours via [email protected]), annual audits, and staff training on emerging threats like crypto laundering or insider betting.
- Alignment with the 2025 Responsible Gaming Guidelines, including core principles (player protection, fair play, underage prevention, support for problem gamblers in sportsbook contexts), self-protection tools (deposit/time limits, self-exclusion, reality checks, account closure for betting sessions), operator guidelines (age verification, responsible advertising for sports promotions, monitoring analytics for betting patterns, employee training on gambling addiction signs in sports enthusiasts), support mechanisms (helplines, partnerships), transparency (data privacy, audits of bet settlements), and player education (risks, odds understanding for Events). Updates include mandatory tools for all licensees and enhanced feedback systems for sportsbook users.
- Conformance to the 2025 Website Compliance Guide for Nevis Gaming Licensees, covering legal requirements (license display, ownership, policies, jurisdictional restrictions with geolocation for sports Events), player protection (age verification via ID, responsible features for betting limits, privacy policy compliant with GDPR-like standards), website security (SSL/TLS encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection, 2FA, vulnerability testing for sportsbook interfaces), game integrity (certified games from approved labs, accurate Odds, RTP transparency, anti-fraud systems for match-fixing), transaction compliance (AML/CTF, reputable providers for sports data, verification for $10,000+ in bets), user experience (navigation, multilingual support for Event descriptions, WCAG accessibility), advertising (responsible, no minors, clear promotions for free bets), dispute resolution (procedures, ADR participation, timelines for bet disputes), technical requirements (99.99% uptime, approved servers for live betting, updates), audit/reporting (regular audits, player/financial reports including betting volumes, 24-hour incident reporting for Event cancellations), and continuous improvement (feedback, training, regulatory updates on sports integrity).
3.3 Audits and Reporting
The Operator undergoes regular compliance audits by independent third-party auditors approved by the Regulatory Authority, as required under Section 10 of the 2025 Website Compliance Guide, with enhanced focus on AML effectiveness, responsible gaming metrics, and sportsbook integrity (e.g., Odds accuracy, bet settlement audits). Periodic reports on player activity (e.g., engagement patterns in betting), responsible gaming measures (e.g., self-exclusion rates for sports users), financial performance (e.g., segregated funds for bet payouts), and incidents (e.g., data breaches or Event disputes reported within 24 hours to [email protected]) are submitted to the Regulatory Authority. The Operator maintains a Suspicious Activity Report template for internal use, recording details such as date, website/brand, player username, name, date of birth, country, transaction date, type (including bet type), amount, currency, and payment method, with filings handled by the compliance team. Non-compliance may result in fines, suspension, or revocation, as per 2025 penalties, with specific sanctions for sportsbook violations.
3.4 Provider Compliance
Games and sportsbook data are sourced from certified providers (e.g., iTech Labs, BMM, GLI for casino; sports data feeds from reputable sources like LSports, the main provider for comprehensive pre-match and live odds, real-time data, and settlement services, ensuring global coverage of Events with high accuracy and low latency). LSports, as the primary sportsbook provider, offers advanced data solutions including odds management, risk tools, and API integrations, compliant with international standards and subject to jurisdictional restrictions based on client licenses (e.g., unavailable in certain high-risk FATF countries or US states without local approval). RNG and Odds transparency are verified annually. Provider-specific jurisdictional restrictions are enforced through geo-blocking and IP checks, as detailed in Section 15, to ensure compliance with international licensing standards (e.g., MGA, UKGC) and avoid breaches of third-party agreements. The 2025 B2B rules require recognition of provider licenses, impacting Game and Bet availability. The Platform may incorporate software and services developed in affiliation with Phoenix365, an EU-based development team, subject to the same compliance standards as other providers.
3.5 Crypto-Specific Compliance
As a crypto-focused Operator, we adhere to 2025 Nevis guidelines for digital assets, including risk assessments for volatility, irreversibility, and network events in bet settlements, with policies for forks and airdrops (no obligation to support unless discretionarily decided). All transactions, including sportsbook deposits, are monitored for AML risks, with enhanced due diligence for high-value Bets.
ARTICLE 4: RESTRICTED TERRITORIES AND JURISDICTIONAL RESTRICTIONS
4.1 Prohibited Jurisdictions
The Operator does not permit registration, deposits, wagering, or access to the Services from individuals residing in, located in, or otherwise associated with the following jurisdictions (collectively, the "Restricted Territories"), based on international sanctions, FATF high-risk lists (updated 2025), national prohibitions, and provider policies for both casino and sports betting:
- Afghanistan (sanctions, FATF call for action);
- Australia (strict online gambling and sports betting bans under Interactive Gambling Act);
- Belarus (EU sanctions, gambling restrictions);
- Belgium (EU member with national licensing requirements not met by Nevis for sportsbook);
- Cuba (US embargoes, FATF gray list);
- Curaçao (competing jurisdiction, reciprocal restrictions);
- Czech Republic (EU-regulated market for betting);
- Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) (FATF blacklist, UN sanctions);
- France (including all overseas territories) (ARJEL regulations, casino and sports bans);
- Germany (GlüStV treaty, state monopolies for sports);
- Iran (FATF blacklist, sanctions);
- Iraq (instability, gambling prohibitions);
- Israel (national bans on betting);
- Jamaica (BGLC restrictions on unlicensed online bookmakers, with updates monitored quarterly, including the unchanged September 2025 review);
- Italy (AAMS licensing required for sportsbook);
- Lithuania (EU member, local controls);
- Myanmar (FATF blacklist, sanctions);
- Netherlands (including all overseas territories) (KSA regulations, 2025 updates on advertising for sports);
- Portugal (SRIJ licensing for betting);
- Romania (ONJN requirements);
- Russian Federation (federal bans, sanctions on sports events);
- Singapore (Remote Gambling Act, no sports betting);
- Spain (DGOJ licensing for sportsbook);
- Sweden (Spelinspektionen, 2025 stake limits on bets);
- Switzerland (ESBK federal commission for sports);
- Syria (sanctions, instability);
- Ukraine (KRAIL regulations, conflict-related risks for events);
- United Kingdom (including all overseas territories) (UKGC licensing, 2025 white paper reforms on stake limits and sports marketing);
- United States of America (including all territories and possessions) (federal Wire Act, UIGEA, state-by-state variations for sports betting); and
- Any jurisdiction identified by the FATF as high-risk or subject to a call for action (e.g., "blacklist"), including but not limited to Iran, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and Myanmar as of the Effective Date, with updates monitored quarterly.
This list is non-exhaustive and may be updated at the Operator's discretion or in response to regulatory changes (e.g., new EU directives or FATF reviews on sports betting risks), international sanctions, or business considerations, without prior notice. Updates will be published on the Platform and notified via email if material. The list incorporates 2025 trends, such as increased restrictions in Europe due to player protection reforms (e.g., UK's £2-£15 slot stakes extended to bet limits).
4.2 Basis for Restrictions
These restrictions are imposed to comply with:
- International sanctions regimes (e.g., UN Security Council resolutions, EU restrictive measures, US OFAC designations, updated 2025 for geopolitical tensions affecting sports Events);
- FATF Recommendations on high-risk jurisdictions, with 2025 emphasis on crypto flows and sports betting vulnerabilities (e.g., match-fixing in sanctioned areas);
- National prohibitions on online gaming and sports betting (e.g., US federal laws, Australian Interactive Gambling Act for sports);
- Licensing limitations under the Nevis framework, which does not claim universal recognition and defers to local laws for betting on domestic Events;
- Strategic risk management to mitigate legal, reputational, and operational exposures, including avoidance of black markets as highlighted in French and German regulatory reports on sports integrity; and
- Provider-specific policies, as detailed in Section 15, to prevent contract breaches in sports data feeds.
Non-compliance with these bases could result in license revocation, as per 2025 Regulatory Authority penalties for sportsbook operations.
4.3 Player Responsibility
You represent and warrant that You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any Restricted Territory when accessing the Services. The Operator employs geolocation technology, IP address verification, and other measures (e.g., VPN detection) to enforce these restrictions, as required by Section 1.3 of the 2025 Website Compliance Guide. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions, including through the use of VPNs, proxies, anonymizers, or other obfuscation tools, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may violate AML laws, particularly for betting on restricted Events. Upon detection, the Operator may immediately suspend or terminate Your Account, forfeit all funds, void any Wagers or Bets, and report the incident to the Regulatory Authority, FIU, or relevant law enforcement agencies, potentially leading to civil or criminal penalties. You indemnify the Operator against any losses, fines, or legal costs arising from such breaches, including defense expenses. This responsibility extends to ensuring Your local laws do not impose additional duties, such as tax reporting on sports winnings or prohibitions on betting on specific Events.
4.4 Provider-Specific Restrictions
In addition to the above, certain Game and sportsbook providers impose additional territorial restrictions based on their licensing and policies (e.g., MGA, UKGC, 2025 updates on volatility and stakes for bets). These are enforced by the Operator and are binding, with violations treated as breaches. A comprehensive list is provided in Section 15, incorporating 2025 data from provider announcements and regulatory reports (e.g., NetEnt's expanded blacklists, Pragmatic Play's compliance with new EU marketing rules for sports integrations). Accessing restricted Games or placing Bets on prohibited Events may result in Account suspension and fund withholding until resolution. It is Your responsibility to verify compliance with local laws beyond these T&C, as the Operator disclaims liability for player non-adherence.
4.5 Jurisdictional Evasion Consequences
In accordance with the 2025 AML Code of Conduct, any evasion of jurisdictional controls may trigger EDD, SAR filing, and potential referral to the FIU or international bodies like Interpol for sports-related fraud. The Operator monitors for patterns like multi-accounting from restricted areas or betting on sanctioned Events, with consequences including permanent bans and sharing information with other operators under industry cooperation protocols. Illicit access could also invalidate winnings under fairness principles. This clause protects the Operator's license integrity, as emphasized in 2025 regulatory trends toward stricter enforcement for sportsbooks.
ARTICLE 5: ELIGIBILITY AND REPRESENTATIONS
5.1 Eligibility Criteria
To register an Account and use the Services, You must meet the following criteria, designed to align with 2025 player protection standards for casino and sports betting:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher legal age for gambling and betting in Your jurisdiction if applicable (e.g., 21 in certain US territories, though restricted overall); this threshold is strictly enforced to prevent underage gaming or betting, a core principle under the Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
- Possess full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement, without any impairments such as guardianship or mental incapacity.
- Not be located in a Restricted Territory, as verified through geolocation and KYC.
- Not be a PEP, or associated with a PEP (e.g., family, close associates), without prior EDD approval by [email protected].

- Not have previously self-excluded from the Platform or been banned for any reason, including past breaches or problem gambling indicators in betting patterns.
- Comply with all KYC and AML requirements, including submission of documents within timelines for sportsbook access.
- Not be an employee, affiliate, or relative of the Operator, to avoid conflicts of interest per the Code of Conduct, particularly in sports betting.
Failure to meet any criterion results in denial or termination of access.
5.2 Representations and Warranties
By using the Services, You represent, warrant, and covenant on an ongoing basis that:
- All information provided during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, complete, and current, including identity, address, and source of funds for betting; falsification may lead to criminal referral.

- Your participation does not violate any law, regulation, or obligation applicable to You, including local gambling bans, tax laws, or sports betting prohibitions (e.g., on amateur Events).
- You are acting on Your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party, to prevent money laundering in bets.
- You are not using the Services for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or evasion of taxes/sanctions.

- You acknowledge that Services, including the Sportsbook, may be unavailable during maintenance, Event disruptions, or regulatory audits, without liability.
Breach of any representation or warranty may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action, including damages claims. These warranties are perpetual and survive termination.
5.3 Age Verification
The Operator implements robust age verification mechanisms, including mandatory document submission (e.g., government-issued ID showing date of birth) during registration or upon request, as per Section 2.1 of the 2025 Responsible Gaming Guidelines and Section 2.2 of the Code of Conduct. Additional checks, such as electronic verification or video calls, may be required for high-risk cases, including sportsbook users. Underage access is strictly prohibited, and any detected underage Account will be closed with funds forfeited and reported to authorities, potentially leading to parental notifications or legal proceedings. This process complies with international standards to protect minors, with 2025 updates mandating test purchasing in analog equivalents for betting platforms.
5.4 Sole Responsibility
The availability of the Services does not constitute an offer or solicitation in jurisdictions where prohibited. The Operator disclaims all liability for unlawful use, including fines or losses from local enforcement on sports betting. You agree to indemnify the Operator for any claims arising therefrom, including legal fees at [email protected]. This clause emphasizes player accountability, a key 2025 regulatory trend for sportsbooks.
ARTICLE 6: ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT
6.1 Registration Process
To access the Services, You must create an Account by providing accurate personal information, including full name, date of birth, residential address, email, contact details, and cryptocurrency wallet information. Registration is free but subject to approval by the Operator following initial KYC screening. You may only hold one (1) Account per individual, household, IP address, or device; multiple Accounts are prohibited under anti-collusion rules and will result in closure of all related Accounts, forfeiture of funds, and potential permanent ban, with reporting to [email protected]. Registration involves acceptance of these T&C via checkbox, creating a binding contract, with specific acknowledgment for sportsbook use.
6.2 Verification and KYC
Upon registration, first withdrawal, or when cumulative deposits reach $10,000 USD or equivalent (2025 threshold), the Operator will conduct CDD/KYC in accordance with Section 4 of the 2025 AML Code of Conduct. Required documents include:
- Government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, valid for at least 6 months);
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement not older than 3 months);
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., wallet screenshots, transaction history for betting funds);
- Source of funds declaration for deposits over threshold, including for sportsbook stakes; and
- Additional items for EDD (e.g., bank statements, tax returns for PEPs or high-risk bettors).
Verification may involve electronic checks (via approved services), video calls, selfies with ID, or phone confirmation. Documents are submitted securely via the Platform or to [email protected]. Failure to provide within the specified timeframe (typically 7 days, extendable to 14 for good cause) may lead to Account suspension or closure, with funds held pending resolution. All documents are stored encrypted for at least 5 years, accessible only for regulatory purposes. Ongoing KYC reviews occur periodically or upon triggers like unusual betting patterns, per 2025 rules.
6.3 Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your login credentials (username, password, 2FA codes), using strong passwords and enabling 2FA. Any activity under Your Account is deemed authorized by You, including Wagers, Bets, and transactions. Notify [email protected] immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicion thereof. The Operator employs HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-malware, and regular penetration tests to secure Accounts, as per Section 3 of the 2025 Website Compliance Guide, with added protections for sportsbook data. You must not share credentials or use public devices, with breaches considered negligence.
6.4 Prohibited Activities

- Collusion, bot usage, scripts, AI assistance, or any unfair advantage-seeking behavior, detected through monitoring systems, including insider information for Bets;
- Attempt Chargebacks or reversals without valid grounds, which may lead to AML investigations for betting transactions;
- Use the Services for commercial purposes, money transfer, or laundering through Bets;
- Harass, threaten, defame, or engage in discriminatory conduct toward other Players or staff, reported via community guidelines;
- Breach any term of this Agreement or applicable law, including jurisdictional evasions for Event betting;
- Exploit bonuses through advantage play (e.g., low-risk betting on sure outcomes); or
- Create multiple Accounts for manipulative reasons, including arbitrage in Odds.
Detection of prohibited activities triggers immediate investigation by [email protected], potential Account closure, fund forfeiture, and reporting to authorities, with no appeal if evidence is conclusive, particularly for match-fixing.
6.5 Self-Exclusion and Limits
In line with the 2025 Responsible Gaming Policy, You may set deposit, loss, time, or wager limits (including bet stakes), request reality checks (session notifications for betting), or self-exclude for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanently via [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours, blocking access and prohibiting new Accounts, with specific application to Sportsbook. During exclusion, marketing is ceased, and attempts to circumvent are reported. The Operator partners with helplines (e.g., Gamblers Anonymous) and provides links to support organizations, with employee training on problem gambling signs in sports bettors. Limits are mandatory for high-risk players, per analytics on betting behavior.
6.6 Account Closure
You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected], with balances returned post-verification (less fees). The Operator may close Your Account for inactivity, breach, regulatory reasons, or suspicion of fraud (e.g., irregular betting patterns), with notice where feasible (email or in-app). Upon closure, outstanding balances are processed within 7 days, subject to AML checks and bet settlements. Closed Accounts may be reopened only with approval from [email protected].
6.7 Dormant Accounts
Detailed in Section 20, with 2025 updates on fees and abandonment, including unsettled Bets.
ARTICLE 7: DEPOSITS
7.1 Accepted Methods
Deposits are accepted exclusively in Cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, LTC, BSV, BCH, BXBT (ERC-20), DAI (ERC-20), DOGE, ADA, EURS (ERC-20), SNACK (BNB Smart Chain), BNB-BSC (BNB Smart Chain Network), USDT (ERC-20/TRC-20/Polygon/TON/Solana), USDC (ERC-20/Solana), DASH, XRP, TRX, SOL, TON, XED (ERC-20), and others as updated on the Platform for both casino and sportsbook funding. No fiat currencies are supported to minimize AML risks.
7.2 Minimums and Confirmations
Minimum deposit amounts vary by Cryptocurrency (e.g., 0.0001 BTC, displayed in the deposit section). Deposits below minimums may be irrecoverable due to network fees. Funds are credited after the required blockchain confirmations (e.g., 3 for BTC, adjustable for congestion). You bear all network fees (e.g., gas for ETH), with no Operator reimbursement.
7.3 Ownership Requirement
Deposits must originate from a wallet legally owned and registered in Your name, verified during KYC. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in rejection, Account suspension, and SAR filing, especially for betting funds.
7.4 Risks Acknowledgment
By depositing, You acknowledge and accept inherent Cryptocurrency risks, including:
- Volatility: Value fluctuations may affect balance in fiat equivalents, impacting bet stakes, with no Operator liability;
- Network Issues: Congestion, forks, or hacks delaying transactions for live betting;
- Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed; and
- Regulatory Changes: 2025 updates on crypto sanctions affecting sportsbook deposits.
Balances are held in Cryptocurrency; fiat displays are for convenience only.
7.5 AML Monitoring
All deposits are monitored for suspicious patterns (e.g., high-frequency small amounts for betting). Deposits exceeding $10,000 cumulative trigger KYC/SOF verification by [email protected]. Illicit funds are frozen and reported.
7.6 No Interest
Account balances do not accrue interest, as the Operator is not a financial institution under Nevis law.
7.7 Legal Compliance
Deposits must comply with AML/CTF laws, including source verification. Illicit or sanctioned funds lead to seizure and legal action. This clause reflects 2025 emphasis on crypto traceability for sports betting.
ARTICLE 8: WITHDRAWALS
8.1 Eligibility
Withdrawals require:
- 1x turnover of deposited funds to prevent laundering (2025 AML rule, applicable to bet winnings);
- Completion of bonus wagering requirements, including for free bets;
- Full KYC verification, including EDD for large amounts from sportsbook;
- No active bonuses, investigations, or self-exclusions; and
- Compliance with limits (e.g., daily/weekly caps displayed on Platform, adjusted for bet volumes).
Large withdrawals ($10,000+) trigger enhanced due diligence, potentially delaying processing for bet-related funds.
8.2 Processing
Withdrawals are processed to the originating cryptocurrency wallet, subject to network conditions and verification. Typical times are 24-72 hours, but may extend for audits or Event settlements. No Operator fees apply, but You bear network costs. Requests are submitted via the Platform, with confirmation emails.
8.3 Refunds
Refunds for errors or unauthorized transactions are issued in the original Cryptocurrency amount, without liability for value fluctuations. Requests must be within 24 hours (or 30 days for security breaches), submitted to [email protected], minus any bonuses, winnings, or unsettled Bets.
8.4 Airdrops/Forks
The Operator has no obligation to support or credit forked assets or airdrops, deciding at discretion per 2025 crypto guidelines.
8.5 Fees and Taxes
No withdrawal fees from the operator, but network fees apply. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on winnings, as per Your jurisdiction's laws (e.g., IRS requirements in US for sports bet winnings, though restricted).
8.6 Limits and Delays
Withdrawal limits (e.g., $50,000 weekly) are set for security and AML, adjustable for VIPs with high betting activity. Delays may occur for regulatory reasons or Event outcomes, with notification.
8.7 Compliance Checks
All withdrawals undergo AML screening; suspicious patterns (e.g., large bet wins) lead to holds and SARs. This ensures alignment with 2025 transaction compliance standards for sportsbooks.
ARTICLE 9: GAME AND BET INTEGRITY AND FAIRNESS
9.1 Certification
All Games and sportsbook Odds are tested and certified by independent labs recognized by the Regulatory Authority (e.g., iTech Labs, BMM Testlabs, GLI). Certification includes RNG fairness for casino, accurate Odds calculation for Bets, RTP transparency, and anti-manipulation measures, with certificates available upon request to [email protected].
9.2 Provably Fair
Select crypto-based Games employ Provably Fair technology, allowing cryptographic verification of outcomes to enhance transparency and trust, extended where possible to bet settlements for verifiable fairness in sportsbook results.
9.3 RTP and Odds Transparency
RTP percentages for Games and implied probabilities for Odds are published or made available. Configurations and Odds may be adjusted with regulatory approval, reflecting market changes for Events. The Operator reserves the right to change Odds at any time before a Bet is placed, with no liability for post-placement adjustments unless due to error.
9.4 Anti-Fraud and Integrity Measures
Systems monitor gameplay and betting for illicit behavior (bots, multiple accounts, collusion, match-fixing). Non-compliance results in account termination and forfeiture of funds. For the Sportsbook, additional measures include collaboration with integrity organizations (e.g., IBIA for match-fixing alerts) and monitoring for unusual betting patterns, as mandated by 2025 Code of Conduct updates. Illicit activities, such as betting on known outcomes or insider information, are strictly forbidden and may lead to reporting to sports governing bodies.
9.5 Sports Betting Rules
Bets are accepted on a variety of Events, subject to the following rules to ensure fairness and compliance:
- Bet Types: Include pre-match (e.g., moneyline, point spread, over/under), live betting (in-play Odds), parlays, teasers, and futures. All Bets are confirmed upon placement and are irrevocable unless voided by the Operator. Data and Odds are primarily provided by LSports, a leading global sports data company offering real-time feeds, odds compilation, and settlement services with coverage of over 100 sports and 2,000+ markets, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.
- Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results from recognized sources (e.g., league websites, LSports data feeds). In case of disputes, the Operator's decision is final, subject to regulatory review. Payouts are calculated using the Odds at placement time.
- Void Bets: Bets may be voided if the Event is canceled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or affected by force majeure (e.g., player injury, weather). Void Bets return the stake without winnings. Errors in Odds (e.g., palpable mistakes from LSports feeds) may lead to voiding or settlement at corrected Odds.
- Live Betting: Odds fluctuate in real-time via LSports updates; Bets are accepted only if the system confirms. Delays in data feeds may occur, with no liability for missed opportunities.
- Limits and Maximums: Bet limits vary by Event and Player status; the Operator may refuse or limit Bets at discretion to manage risk, informed by LSports risk tools.
- Prohibited Bets: No Bets on Events where You have influence (e.g., as a participant) or on prohibited markets (e.g., youth sports). Violations trigger investigations.
- Responsible Betting Features: Reality checks during live Events, with tools to limit bet stakes or session time.
These rules are binding and may be updated; full details are available in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Breaches may result in void Bets and Account actions.
9.6 Anti-Match Fixing
In line with 2025 integrity standards, the Operator prohibits any form of match-fixing or manipulation. Suspicious betting patterns (e.g., rapid volumes on specific outcomes via LSports monitoring) trigger SARs and reports to relevant sports authorities. Players must not bet on Events with known fixed outcomes; violations lead to permanent bans and legal referrals.

10.1 Provider/Crypto Requirements
Certain Games or Bet types may be exclusively playable or bettable with specific Cryptocurrencies.
10.2 Jurisdictional Exclusions for Specific Providers
Some providers and/or titles are unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to local regulations, licensing, or provider-imposed restrictions (e.g., NetEnt, Yggdrasil for casino; LSports for sports data, which may be restricted in jurisdictions like the US or certain EU countries where local data licensing is mandatory). Additional territory-specific constraints are detailed in Section 15.
10.3 Player Responsibility
